Parish Center & Facility Rentals

Holy Cross Parish offers welcoming and flexible spaces available to rent for meetings, celebrations, and community gatherings. Our Parish Center and school facilities are well-suited for small to medium-sized events, including family celebrations, retreats, workshops, and organizational meetings.

Available spaces include:

  • Gathering Space (with optional kitchen access)

  • Lower Level Meeting Rooms

  • School Gym (note: events serving alcohol are not permitted in the gym)

Rentals are available in half-day (1–4 hours) or full-day (4+ hours) timeframes, with special pricing for parish partners. Capacity limits apply (Gathering Space: max 95; Lower Level Room: max 35), and additional cleaning fees may apply for groups over 50.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all reservations, with full payment due prior to arrival. Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance, and all events must follow parish rental policies. External organizations must align with the mission and values of Holy Cross Parish, with final approval granted by the Pastor.
